Step 3: After submitting the form, if the notification shown in the following picture appears, it means the submission is successful. If the application is approved, the customer service representative Mumu will contact the applicant via QQ/Telegram/email within 48 hours. Step 4: Mumu will contact the applicant to communicate the details of making the fursuit, and collect a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total price to lock the character and secure a spot in the production queue. Alipay and PayPal transfer is also supported, but the adopter needs to cover the PayPal handling fee. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours or the applicant cannot be contacted, the application will be deemed to have failed by default.

Step 5: After paying the deposit, an adoption contract needs to be signed. Once the contract is signed, the adoption is considered successful. For the details of the subsequent steps, you can communicate with the customer service representative, Mumu.

Step 2: Select your favorite series, click the "GET A QUOTE NOW" button and fill out the valuation form.

Step 3: After submitting the form, if the notification shown in the following picture appears, it means the submission is successful. The customer service representative Mumu will contact the applicant via QQ/Telegram/email within 7 days to provide a reference quote and a valuation number.The valuation number will only be retained for 7 days. If there is no submission within 7 days, the number will become invalid. Please ensure that your contact information is unobstructed.

If the design is not selected, the customer service representative will notify the applicant via email within 48 hours.

Alipay and PayPal transfer is also supported, but the client needs to cover the PayPal handling fee. If the applicant fails to pay the deposit within 24 hours or cannot be reached, the submission will be deemed to have failed by default.

Step 5: After paying the deposit, a contract needs to be signed. Once the contract is signed, the entrustment is considered successful. For the details of the subsequent steps, you can communicate with the customer service representative, Mumu.
