Please read all the contents of this page carefully before entrusting. Once you decides to entrust us and pays the deposit, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to all the terms. We will adjust the price and services once every six months for the commissions. If there are any adjustments to the terms, we will notify the clients who will be affected.
The current terms are applicable to the commissions that start production from August to November 2025 (The 5th Entrusted Batch).
01 All the information in the application form should be filled with accurate and truthful details. Please read the form carefully before filling it out. In case of any losses resulting from the submission of incorrect information due to the personal reasons of clients, clients shall be solely responsible for such losses.
02 Non-acceptance
a. We do not accept entrustment on behalf of others. If the act of conducting valuation and submission on behalf of others is discovered, we will immediately terminate the entrustment, permanently blacklist both the person acting on behalf and the person being represented, and make a public announcement. Neither of them will be allowed to place any further entrustment.
b. We do not accept minors (those under the age of 18). When confirming the entrustment, the cilent is required to provide an identity card. If it is found that the age is concealed or someone else's identity card is used, including but not limited to using the identity card of parents or friends, we will immediately terminate the entrustment, permanently blacklist both the person using someone else's identity card and the person whose identity card is used, and make a public announcement. Neither of them will be allowed to place any further entrustment.
c. We do not accept AI-generated characters. If discovered, we will immediately terminate the entrustment, permanently blacklist both the person related to the use of AI characters and the person for whom the characters are made, and make a public announcement. Neither of them will be allowed to place any further entrustment.
d. We do not accept plagiarized characters. If plagiarism is detected, we will immediately terminate the entrustment, permanently blacklist the plagiarist, and make a public announcement. The plagiarist will be prohibited from placing any further entrustment.
e. We do not accept individuals who are allergic to cats, parrots, or rabbits.
03 The cilents who have cooperated with us previously also need to follow the process to apply for an entrustment slot. We hope that everyone can participate in the selection process fairly through the same channel.
04 In terms of transportation, the company MONDAY-LOG shall be responsible for packaging, export declaration, and the selection of logistics. By default, the fastest commercial express delivery services such as FedEx will be used. The recipient shall be obliged to bear the freight costs, handle the customs clearance in the importing region, and pay the customs duties (if any).
05 In case of quality issues of the fursuit caused by the studio's negligence rather than human factors, there is a 60-day warranty period. For after-sales service, you can directly contact the customer service representative Mumu for communication, and we will actively resolve the problem. If the issue is discovered within 30 days after delivery, the repair will be carried out free of charge with free shipping and without the need to wait for a scheduled time. If it is discovered within 30 to 60 days after delivery, the client needs to pay the shipping fee and discuss the specific repair date. For minor issues, we will guide the client to repair fursuit by themselves. If the client cannot repair them independently, we will confirm that the fursuit should be sent back to the studio. Issues caused by the client's negligence or accidental incidents are not covered by the warranty.
06 Payment
a. We accept payments via Alipay and PayPal. Credit cards and Huabei (Ant Credit Pay) are not supported. When making a payment via PayPal, the client needs to cover the platform handling fee.
b. We accept payment in three installments. If the design concept is selected, the client will receive our reply email within at most 48 hours after submission. The client can communicate with us to confirm the final price, the queue time, and the completion time. You can either pay the full amount or choose the installment payment method. We only accept payment divided into three installments. Pay 30% of the full amount as the initial deposit in the first installment to confirm the commission slot. Pay 40% of the full amount as the intermediate deposit at the agreed-upon time when the communication starts. The remaining balance should be paid off before the fursuit is packaged and shipped after it is completed.
c. If the commission is cancelled, the paid deposit will not be refunded.
d. If any installment payment is overdue for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the commission and will not refund the previously paid amounts.
e. The finished fursuit will be shipped only after the remaining balance is paid.
07 Commission
a. The queue time line for adopt characters and self-designed custom characters is the same. We do not accept oral reservations or reservations based on personal connections.
b. For commissioning, you need to apply according to the fursuit commission process first. You need to pay the initial deposit within 24 hours after your submission is selected, and then you will be put into the queue. Otherwise, it will be regarded as giving up the commission.
c. Try not to modify the design drawing after paying the deposit. If modification is necessary, a re-evaluation of the price and a new contract signing will be required. If the modified design differs significantly from the original one, we have the right to refuse the modification.
d. Rush orders are accepted. You need to inform us in advance before confirming the queue and signing the contract. For rush orders, the commission fee will be twice the original price, and installment payment is supported.
e. During the production process, there will be many steps that require confirmation from the client. The client needs to confirm each step carefully. Once a step is confirmed, free modification and remaking will not be supported. You can pay a modification fee for adjustments, but for some steps, remaking may cause irreversible damage to the fursuit.
f. The fursuit produced by the studio according to the design drawing and communication with the client is the finished product. The finished product will be subject to subjective aesthetic evaluation. We do not accept refusal to pay the remaining balance or rejection of the product due to the client's subjective aesthetic reasons. Please make sure you like our style before commissioning.
g. The client has the right to cancel the commission before the fursuit is completed. We will determine the refund amount based on the time spent on the current production progress and the material cost. After the production is completed, no refund or commission cancellation will be accepted.
h. During the production process, if we believe that the client has unreasonable behaviors such as refusing to communicate, being unable to communicate, being a perfectionist, not respecting the studio and its work achievements, leaking the production pictures provided by the studio, and the studio's privacy, we have the right to cancel the commission.
i. We will wear the fursuit for taking pictures and recording videos. We will wear a sweat-absorbing garment during the process and conduct a full-body disinfection after wearing it. If you don't want us to wear it, please inform us in advance, and we will respect the client's choice.
j. If you want to keep the commission and the fursuit production process confidential, please inform us in advance.
k. Design work is uncertain in terms of time. We cannot estimate the exact completion time of any step, and we can only provide a rough estimated completion time. If there is a possibility of delay, we will inform the client immediately.
08 Measurements
a. The studio provides free measurement and DTD (duct-tape dummy) production services. The location is in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and the time is scheduled within one month before the production of the client's fursuit.
b. If it is inconvenient to come to the studio, you need to provide the standard DTD and some body measurements. You can contact the customer service representative Mumu to obtain the methods for making the DTD and measuring the body measurements. Please make the DTD within one month before the fursuit production. Do not make it too early. After making the DTD, try to maintain your body shape as much as possible. We cannot predict the client's body shape changes during the production process.
09 For clients who resell the fursuits made by our studio, they must inform the studio in advance, clearly indicate the origin of the fursuit and the original price. The resale price must not be higher than the original price. If a client is found to have not handled this properly, we will hold them accountable.
10 The studio does not provide any cleaning services.
